About Brunch Finder

Built for slow Saturdays.

Brunch Finder is a weekend-only site about brunch. Today it is, above all, a collection of editorial writing — practical, opinionated tips and guides on the kind of room-level details that make the difference between a good Saturday morning and a great one.

About the directory

Brunch Finder was designed to carry a restaurant directory sourced from OpenStreetMap, the global community-maintained mapping project, under the Open Database License (ODbL). That directory is not populated yet, and rather than pad the site with placeholder listings, we keep those pages empty until there is real data to stand behind.

Editorial point of view

Everything on Brunch Finder is written from a clear point of view: that brunch is a meal worth taking seriously, that the room and the rhythm matter as much as the food, and that the person serving you the eggs deserves your attention and your tip. The tips section is where we let the editorial voice run free.

What we don't do

We don't take payments from restaurants. We don't accept paid placement. There is no "promoted" tier, and nothing we write about has sponsored its own coverage.

We also don't pretend to be a complete reference — and we don't publish listings we can't stand behind. If a page is empty, that's honesty, not neglect.

Get in touch

If you spot anything on the site that should be different — an out-of-date detail in a guide, a tip that misses the mark — we want to hear about it and fix it.
